Peec AI review: what it costs and who it is for

Peec AI grew fast for a reason. The dashboard is legible, the competitor benchmark is the first thing you see rather than the fourth, and the entry tier is priced where a marketing team can expense it without a business case.

The pricing needs a closer read than most. Plans include three models of your choosing, and a fourth is an add-on that scales with your tier — roughly €30/mo on Starter, up to about €140 on Advanced. Peec also lists 150 prompts on both Pro and Advanced, which means the upgrade between them is buying reporting and projects rather than more coverage. Their pricing table would not render for us on 6 August 2026, so treat these figures as close and verify on peec.ai.

Pricing:
Around €85/mo (Starter, 50 prompts, 3 models)
Best for:
In-house marketing teams that want clean benchmarks

A well-liked AEO analytics product for marketing teams: prompt tracking, competitor benchmarks, and source breakdowns, priced in the middle of the category.

Pros

  • One of the better-designed dashboards in the category — teams actually keep looking at it
  • Competitor benchmarking is a first-class feature rather than a bolt-on
  • Unlimited users on every tier, plus a 7-day trial with no card

Cons

  • Three models included; tracking a fourth costs roughly €30/mo extra on Starter and €140 on Advanced
  • Pro and Advanced both list 150 prompts, so the jump buys reporting depth rather than coverage
  • Analytics-first — turning a source breakdown into published pages is your workflow

Verdict

The best-looking analytics in the category, and analytics is where it stops

If your problem is "I cannot see whether we appear in AI answers, and my boss keeps asking", Peec solves it cleanly and for less than most of the alternatives. The benchmark view against named competitors is genuinely the clearest we have used.

If your problem is "I can see we are absent and I do not know what to write", Peec hands that back to you. That is a fair product decision on their part — it is an analytics tool and does not pretend otherwise — but it is the reason the two products end up on the same shortlist.

Buy Peec AI if

  • You want competitor benchmarking as the main view
  • Unlimited seats matter more to you than engine count
  • Three tracked models covers your buyers

Look elsewhere if

  • You need four or five engines and do not want per-model add-on pricing
  • The dashboard is not the deliverable — the pages are
  • You are jumping from Pro to Advanced expecting more prompts

Where CueScout is the wrong choice

  • Fewer engines checked than the dedicated trackers — we would rather name a short list we have validated than a long one we have not.
  • No SSO, no SAML, no procurement paperwork. If your security review needs those, buy one of the enterprise platforms.
  • No white-label client reporting suite. Agencies can run multiple products, but the deliverable is our interface, not yours.

Cited but unranked is the number that moves people

The finding that has closed the most calls for us is the overlap check: of 96 pages cited in one customer’s category, 58 ranked nowhere in Google. Answer engines are not just reading the top of the SERP, which means the pages winning citations are often ones a rank tracker never showed you.

Priced for small teams, and honest about why

CueScout starts at $49/mo against a category average around $337/mo (Rankability survey, January 2026). Part of that gap is scope: fewer engines checked, no enterprise seats, no agency reporting suite. If those are what you need, the bigger platforms earn their price and we would rather say so here than after you have paid.
