How much does CueScout cost?

Starter is $49 a month for 20 prompts, tracked daily on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Growth is $189 a month for 100 prompts and adds Gemini and Google AI Mode. You can split the prompts across brands, as long as each brand has at least 10, so Starter covers up to 2 brands and Growth up to 10. Pricing last reviewed October 7, 2026.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, on Starter: 7 days free. You add a card at checkout, and the first charge ($49 a month, or $490 for a year) comes when the trial ends. Cancel from billing before then and you pay nothing. Growth has no trial. Before any of that you can make an account with no card: CueScout reads your site, writes your first prompts and checks them once on Claude, so you see real answers and your first To-dos.

What is free, exactly?

Three things, none of which needs a card. The check on the homepage asks three buying questions on one engine you pick (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Grok), with no signup. The 18 tools on /tools need no signup either. Per network and per day, the AI visibility checker allows 12 runs, the AI Overview checker 20 and the query fan-out tool 30. And a free account runs its prompts once on Claude, so you see real answers before you pay. Daily tracking is Starter or Growth.

Is yearly cheaper?

Yes. A year costs ten months: $490 for Starter and $1,890 for Growth.

How often are my questions checked?

Your prompts are tracked every day on every engine your plan includes. When an answer moves (you get named or dropped, your site gains or loses a citation, or your position changes), CueScout asks that engine again the next day. Answers that hold steady are re-asked at least once a week, so none is ever more than a week old. A prompt you add is asked straight away.

Can I add Claude?

Yes. Claude costs $19 a month on Starter and $99 on Growth, and is asked every tracked question on the same schedule as your other engines. The Grok pack is $19 a month on either plan: Grok answers 20 questions you pick, once a week.

What if I need more than 100 prompts?

Email support@cuescout.com with how many prompts you want to track. We reply with a price and a checkout link. There is no call to book.

How does CueScout pricing compare to other AI visibility tools?

The category averages about $337 per month (Rankability survey, January 2026). Published entry prices include Peec AI at $95, Scrunch at $250, Otterly at $29, iGEO at $175. Profound sells only through a demo, with no published price. CueScout starts at $49 per month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from billing and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee or long-term contract.
