Contact
Contact CueScout
CueScout is run by one person, Telman Gadimov, so there is no ticket queue and no sales team between you and the person who wrote the code. There are two addresses, and both land in his inbox. Email is the only channel; there is no phone line or chat widget.
Which address to use
- Product help, bugs and your account
- support@cuescout.com. A scan that failed, a number that looks wrong, a To-do that makes no sense for your site: send it here.
- Billing
- Also support@cuescout.com. Checkout, receipts, renewals and refunds are run by Polar, our merchant of record (see the Terms), but write to us first and we will sort it out with them.
- More than 100 prompts
- support@cuescout.com with roughly how many prompts and brands you need. The reply is a price and a checkout link, not a call. Plans up to 100 prompts are on the pricing page.
- Privacy, data deletion and legal
- hello@cuescout.com. Account deletion is done by hand for now, so send that request from the address you sign in with. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
What helps a quick answer
The email you sign in with, the brand or domain the question is about, and the page you were on. If a result looks wrong, a screenshot or the prompt and engine it came from saves a round of back-and-forth.
Please don’t email passwords, API keys or tokens. Nobody at CueScout will ask for them; the Google connections are set up inside the app.
Before you write
A lot of “why does it say that” questions are answered on the methodology page, which explains how answers are collected and what the method can’t see. Who is behind the product is on About, and the live demo shows the whole app without an account.
