Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CueScout. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you use the service for a company or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

CueScout helps you configure sources, scan public or connected sources, review matched conversations, generate draft replies, copy tracked links, mark replies as posted manually, and view outcome reports.

CueScout does not automatically post, vote, comment, send direct messages, or operate your community accounts in the MVP product.

You are responsible for your account, product setup, configured sources, keywords, reply review, manual posting decisions, disclosures, and compliance with platform rules, community rules, and applicable law.

You may not use the service to spam, harass, deceive, impersonate others, scrape or process data unlawfully, violate platform terms, bypass access controls, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

You must keep credentials, API keys, OAuth access, and account access secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

The service may scan public conversations from configured sources such as Reddit, Hacker News, and Quora, and may support optional connected-source workflows where available.

Source availability, rate limits, platform policies, and third-party APIs can change. We do not guarantee continuous access to any source, platform approval, account safety, rankings, revenue, or search visibility outcomes.

AI-generated drafts, match reasons, scores, safety notes, and reports are assistive outputs. You must review them before relying on them or posting anything publicly.

You are responsible for correcting inaccuracies, removing unsupported claims, adding appropriate disclosures, and deciding whether a reply is appropriate for a specific community.

Paid plans, checkout, subscription management, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by our billing provider, Polar, acting as merchant of record.

Plan limits, pricing, and included features may change. We will try to communicate material changes before they affect active paid use.

Revenue events and billing subscription events are separate product records. Tracked outcomes shown in reports are not a guarantee of collected revenue.

Our Privacy Policy explains how CueScout handles account, product, source, analytics, billing, and workflow data.

You retain ownership of your product setup, source configuration, and content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and improve the service.

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI providers, analytics tools, source APIs, billing providers, email providers, and hosting services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, policy changes, downtime, data handling outside our control, or third-party content surfaced through configured sources.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform enforcement, account restrictions, or business interruption.

We may update the service or these terms as the product changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, fail to pay fees, or use the product in a way that could harm communities, platforms, users, or us.
