Searchable review: what it costs and who it is for

Searchable is a London company, and what it sells is closer to an SEO platform rebuilt around AI answers than a tracker. Visibility tracking, an article writer, technical audits and crawler analytics share one subscription, and prompts run every day on every tier. We used the Pro plan for about two weeks in August 2026 on our own domain. The prices below come from their pricing page.

Read the engine line before anything else. Nine engines are listed and you select them at onboarding, but the answer counts on the same page work out to three per prompt: Pro runs 100 prompts daily and quotes 9,000 answers a month. The agency features, Looker Studio and white-label reports, start at Scale for $400 a month, and Pro keeps 12 months of history.

What Searchable is

All-in-one AI search suite
Pricing:
$125/mo (100 prompts run daily, 3 engines per prompt)
Best for:
Teams that want tracking, content and technical audits from one vendor

Tracking, an article writer, page audits and crawler analytics sold as one subscription, with every prompt run daily from the $125/mo Pro plan.

Pros

  • Every prompt runs daily on every tier, including the $125 Pro plan
  • Pro bundles 20 AI-written articles and 200 page audits a month with the tracking, and projects and seats are unlimited
  • The 14-day trial on Pro does not ask for a card, and annual billing takes 20% off

Cons

  • Nine engines are listed, but 100 prompts run daily is exactly the 9,000 answers a month Pro quotes, which means three engines per prompt
  • Looker Studio, white-label reports and API access start on Scale at $400/mo
  • Pro keeps 12 months of history; unlimited retention starts on Scale

Verdict

Good value if you use the whole suite, expensive if you only wanted the tracker

Daily runs on 100 prompts plus 20 articles and 200 page audits is a fair bundle for $125, and the trial does not need a card. If you were about to buy a tracker, a writing tool and an auditor from three vendors, Searchable probably costs less than the three together.

If what you wanted was a clear read on where you stand and what to fix first, the bundle works against you. Looker Studio and white-label reports sit behind the $400 Scale plan, and three engines per prompt matters more than the nine-engine list suggests when your buyers are spread across more assistants than that.

Buy Searchable if

  • You will use the article writer and page audits every month, not only the tracker
  • Daily prompt runs matter for how you report
  • Three engines per prompt covers where your buyers ask

Look elsewhere if

  • You need Looker Studio or white-label reports for less than $400/mo
  • Your buyers use more than three AI assistants and you need all of them on every prompt
  • You want source analysis and a short list of pages to write, and the other modules would go unopened

Where CueScout is the wrong choice

  • The $49 configuration checks every three days. Daily checks cost more in the configurator, and Searchable includes them from $125.
  • Five engines on the $49 plan: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Grok and Claude cost extra as add-ons; Searchable bundles Claude, Copilot and DeepSeek in its nine-engine list.
  • No Looker Studio connector and no white-label reports, at any price.

A narrower tool for the part that decides what to write

A suite earns its price when every module gets used. CueScout spends its $49 on the stretch before the writing: which pages the engines cite for your category, which of those rank nowhere in search, and which public buyer questions sit behind them. There is no crawler analytics and no Looker Studio, and the price reflects that.

Checks every three days, and priced for it

Searchable runs every prompt daily. CueScout’s $49 configuration checks every three days, and cadence is one of the settings you can raise. If your reporting depends on day-to-day movement, pay for daily runs with either tool. If you read the numbers once a week, daily runs buy precision nobody looks at.
