Reporting and agency

Ten clients, ten corpora, one login

1–10

brands selectable in the configurator, each with its own corpus, plan, and report

The server-enforced brands field stored with the subscription configuration.

The people getting the most out of this are consultants and small agencies who already publish weekly for clients and want to bill an AI-visibility line on top. That shape needs the same product repeated, cleanly separated, rather than one dashboard with a client filter on it.

So a product is the unit of everything: its own question library, its own corpus, its own leaderboard, its own writing plan, its own report link. The switcher moves between them and the check budget is shared across the account.

Where it lives: The product switcher in the dashboard header.

What it looks like

One login · 4 of 10 brandsEach on its own cadence

  • Northwind Payroll41+2Link live
  • Harbour Legal80Not shared
  • Kestrel Freight55-3Link live

Every query is scoped to the brand in SQL, not in application code. That is the same boundary the login-free share links rely on.

Four brands in one workspace. Illustrative scores; the ten-brand ceiling is the configurator’s.

What it does

01

Keeps each client separate

No cross-contamination between corpora. A competitor tracked for one client does not appear in another's leaderboard, and each product's writing plan is built only from its own questions.

02

Shares the budget, not the data

Checks are capped per account over a rolling day, so a client in an active month can use more of the budget than one in a quiet one. The surface tells you when the cap frees up.

03

Gives every client a link

One shareable report per product, openable without a login, which is what makes this billable as a deliverable rather than as a tool subscription.

How it works

  1. 01Every query in the product is scoped to (user, product). That is enforced in SQL rather than in application code, which is also what makes the login-free share links safe.
  2. 02Adding a product is done from the switcher. Hitting the product cap raises a notice naming your own numbers and where the cap resets, instead of a bare server error.
  3. 03Auto-scan cadence is per product, so ten clients are refreshed independently.

What it does not do

  • One login. There are no seats, roles, or per-client user accounts yet, so a team shares credentials or shares a browser.
  • No white-labelling. Reports are branded as CueScout.
  • The check budget is per account. Brands, prompts, engines, and cadence multiply, so the configurator prices the complete shape together.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have more than ten products?

The self-serve configurator supports ten brands. Larger configurations require a quote so capacity and cost can be checked before purchase.

Do clients get their own login?

Not yet. They get a report link that needs no account, which covers most of what client access is asked for.

Is the check budget per client?

Per account. The purchased brand count, prompts, selected engines, and cadence determine the monthly checks shown by the configurator.
