AI Visibility Tools for Agencies (2026): 11 Platforms Compared on Client Workspaces, White-Label and Pricing

Eleven AI visibility platforms compared for agencies: client workspaces, prompt allocation, engines, answer and citation evidence, client reporting, white-label, pricing and partner programs. Vendor facts read from each vendor's own page on 13 October 2026, kept apart from our interpretation.

The right AI visibility tool for an agency depends on three things that rarely show up in feature grids: how the tool splits prompts across clients, what a client can see without your login, and whether the report can carry your agency's brand. Engine lists matter less than you'd expect, because nearly every tool here covers ChatGPT and at least one Google AI surface on its agency tier. On 13 October 2026, the tools that listed white-label or agency-branded reporting were Peekaboo, Rankscale, Semrush (as an add-on), OtterlyAI (for approved partners) and Peec AI. The tools with pitch workspaces for prospects were Profound, Peec AI, Scrunch, OtterlyAI and AthenaHQ. CueScout, which we make, has neither.

I'm writing this as a vendor, so two rules for how to read it. Every price, limit and feature below was read from the vendor's own page on 13 October 2026, and the URLs are listed at the end. Where I say what a fact means for an agency, I mark it as our read. CueScout is built for in-house teams first, and its section says plainly where it's the wrong buy.

Semrush and Profound have both published their own agency roundups, and both rank their own product. If you've read those, the difference here is the date on every number and the split between what a page says and what we think it means.

The eleven tools

CueScout

Verified (our own plan catalogue and the agency workspace page): Growth is $189 a month, or $1,890 a year, for 100 prompts across up to 10 brands, with 5 seats. Starter covers 2 brands and 20 prompts with 1 seat. Each brand keeps its own questions, up to 20 competitors, answers, cited pages, site audit, To-dos and report, and every brand is checked daily on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Each brand reserves at least 10 prompts from the shared allowance. Claude is a $99 add-on on Growth and the Grok pack is $19. The citation tracking stores every URL each engine cited and reads each page for the client's brand. The AI visibility audit report is the client deliverable: each question by engine, one answer quoted in full with its sources, and a share link that opens without an account. A share link is a frozen copy, expires after 30 days, and can be revoked sooner. There is no white-label, and clients don't get logins.

Best fit (our read): a small agency or consultant with up to 10 clients who wants each client's cited pages and a task list, and is fine sending a report with CueScout's name on it. The agencies page shows the setup.

Limitation (our read): CueScout is the wrong purchase if white-label is part of what you sell, if clients expect their own logins, or if you need more than 10 clients (that's a quote by email). Ten brands on 100 prompts is 10 prompts each, which is thin for a client with several products. There's no Copilot and no partner program. CueScout doesn't write or publish anything for your clients either; it hands you the task and the evidence.

Profound

Verified (tryprofound.com/pricing, agencies tab): Agency Growth is $99 a month plus add-ons. A full client workspace is $399 a month and tracks 100 unique prompts daily on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, in one language, with 400 agent credits a month and 4 opportunities a week. The plan includes 10 pitch workspaces a month (7 days each, extendable, 25 prompts) and 5 agency seats, and 5 more trial workspaces are $199 a month. Client workspaces export CSV and JSON. There's no API and no SSO on Agency Growth. Agency Enterprise is priced on request and lists up to 9 engines. Profound's help centre says Workflows, Content and Agent Analytics are Enterprise-only.

Best fit (our read): an agency that wins work by auditing prospects, and wants each signed client in a large, separate workspace.

Limitation (our read): the cost scales by client. Three client workspaces are $1,296 a month by the page's own numbers, and Agency Growth stops at three engines with no Gemini or AI Mode. White-label isn't mentioned.

Peec AI

Verified (peec.ai/pricing-agencies): Essential is $245 a month (10,000 credits, 3 projects), Growth $495 (25,000 credits, 10 projects, described as for agencies with 3 to 10 clients) and Scale $795 (65,000 credits, 25 projects). Those are the plan-card prices with the toggle on Monthly; the comparison table further down shows $205, $420 and $675 without saying why, so ask which one your invoice will carry. One credit is one prompt on one model for one day, credits are allocation slots that don't expire, and the minimum per project is 900 credits, which the page translates as 10 prompts on 3 models. Team users and client users are unlimited. Pitch projects run 7 days: 3 on Essential with 25 prompts each. Gap analysis and recommended actions are ticked on every agency plan. Client reporting is a view-only dashboard link and Data Studio templates cloned per client. The page says agencies can "deliver white-label reporting". On Essential and Growth the models are ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini and Naver; Perplexity appears only in the Comprehensive column.

Best fit (our read): an agency with 3 to 10 clients that wants client logins, a pooled allowance it can move between clients, and gap analysis built in.

Limitation (our read): credits take arithmetic. Growth's 25,000 credits is 277 prompts on three models daily, which over ten clients is under 28 each. If a client's buyers use Perplexity, check how you'd add it before you sign.

OtterlyAI

Verified (otterly.ai/pricing): Standard is $189 a month for 100 prompts and Premium $489 for 400, both with unlimited workspaces, unlimited team members and daily tracking on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot. Gemini and Google AI Mode are $59 add-ons each on Standard, and Claude is $109. You subscribe to Standard or Premium, then apply for Agency Partner status, which raises prompts to 150 or 500 and adds pitch workspaces, custom Looker Studio reports "with your branding", co-marketing and one invoice.

Best fit (our read): an agency that wants unlimited client workspaces on a known monthly price and already reports in Looker Studio.

Limitation (our read): the branded reporting depends on partner approval and on building it in Looker Studio. 150 prompts on Standard goes quickly across several clients. Extra prompts are $99 per 100, and Standard can add at most 300 before OtterlyAI moves you to Premium.

Semrush AI Visibility toolkit

Verified (semrush.com/pricing/ai/ and semrush.com/pricing/): the toolkit is $99 a month per domain, billed annually, for 25 prompts tracked daily, with mentions from ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini and Perplexity. Add-ons: Pro Report at $20 a month with "branding and white-labeling", Base Report at $10, extra users from $45, and Lead Generation at $90 for a branded profile on the Semrush Agency Partners platform. Semrush One bundles include 50, 100 or 200 prompts at $199, $299 and $549 a month. The plan includes "AI visibility reports for any domain" and 1 domain for Brand Performance analysis. Semrush's own agency post (31 July 2026) describes the cited-sources report as the domains cited in answers that mention the brand.

Best fit (our read): an agency already running clients in Semrush, where white-labeled PDF reporting is a $20 add-on to tools the team knows.

Limitation (our read): per-domain pricing on an annual bill gets expensive past a few tracked clients, and 25 prompts per domain is a small set for a client with several products.

Scrunch

Verified (scrunch.com/pricing, agencies tab): Agency Core is $500 a month for 250 prompts, 10,000 responses a month, 3 brand workspaces, unlimited user licences and 5 competitors, on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. Pitch workspaces (3) and query API access are partner-only. Citations and sources, a reporting dashboard, Looker Studio and MCP access are listed. There's a 7-day trial. Enterprise lists 9 engines. The page doesn't state check frequency.

Best fit (our read): an agency with up to three larger clients that wants unlimited seats for its team.

Limitation (our read): three workspaces at $500 is a high price per client, Gemini and AI Mode are Enterprise-only, and white-label isn't listed.

SE Visible (SE Ranking)

Verified (visible.seranking.com and its agency-owners page): Basic is $99 a month ($79 billed annually) for 200 prompts and 3 projects, Core $189 for 450 and 5, Plus $355 for 1,000 and 10. All plans track ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode, Perplexity and AI Overviews daily, collected through a browser rather than an API. There's a 10-day trial. The API returns the domains and URLs that AI engines cite. Report generation and customisation, and extra user seats, are listed as coming soon.

Best fit (our read): an agency that needs the most prompts per dollar on both Google AI surfaces, for a few clients.

Limitation (our read): reporting customisation isn't live yet by SE Visible's own page, and white-label and a partner program aren't listed.

AthenaHQ

Verified (athenahq.ai/plans and athenahq.ai/agency): Starter is $295 a month for 3,600 credits, one credit being one AI response, across 11 models including Claude, Grok and AI Mode. Enterprise is custom and labelled for "Enterprises & Agencies". The agency page lists centralised client management with team permissions, pitch-ready workspaces, discounted licences, client leads referred after GEO certification, and a dedicated Agency Growth Manager. No agency price is published.

Best fit (our read): an agency that wants a vendor partnership with referred leads, and is ready for a sales conversation.

Limitation (our read): you can't compare the agency cost until you're on a call, and 3,600 credits spread across many models and clients runs out quickly.

Peekaboo

Verified (aipeekaboo.com/pricing): one plan priced by sliders, from $30 a month for 1 brand, 40 prompts, 3 models, checked every 2 days. The brand slider goes to 150, and each brand gets its own prompts, competitors and dashboard. Models are ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Overviews, AI Mode and Copilot, with Claude through Anthropic's API at an extra 20 cents a check. Frequency runs from monthly to daily. Citation sources per answer and Looker Studio reporting are included; white-label reports and share links are from $100 a month each.

Best fit (our read): an agency that needs white-label reports across many small clients and wants to pay for exactly the prompts and cadence each one needs.

Limitation (our read): daily checks across many brands raise the price fast, so build the quote in the calculator for your real client list before you pitch a retainer around it.

Rankscale

Verified (rankscale.ai/pricing): Growth, "for growing agencies", is $385 a month for 5,500 credits, up to 22,000 answers, 50 brand dashboards, white-label options and the REST API. Shareable dashboard links are listed, and white-labeled dashboard links remove Rankscale's branding. The agency program lists lifetime affiliate commissions, client discounts, a partner directory entry and agency webinars. Engines include ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, DeepSeek, Mistral, Grok and Copilot, scheduled from hourly to monthly. Seats are unlimited.

Best fit (our read): an agency with many clients that wants branded dashboard links and an affiliate income stream on top.

Limitation (our read): everything runs on credits, so the number of answers each client gets depends on the engines and cadence you pick.

LLMrefs

Verified (llmrefs.com pricing section): one plan at $79 a month, labelled limited time, for 500 prompts, unlimited projects and seats, client dashboards, CSV export and API, and citation tracking. Engines listed include ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Copilot, Meta and DeepSeek. Every keyword is updated in the dashboard at least once a week.

Best fit (our read): an agency testing AI visibility as a service across many clients on a small budget.

Limitation (our read): weekly data makes it hard to tie a change you shipped to a movement in the answers, and white-label isn't listed.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best AI visibility tool for agencies?

It depends on what your clients pay you for. If the report has to carry your agency's brand, shortlist Peekaboo, Rankscale, Peec AI and Semrush with its Pro Report add-on. If you win work by auditing prospects, shortlist tools with pitch workspaces: Profound, Peec AI, Scrunch, AthenaHQ and OtterlyAI for approved partners. If you need many clients at a low price, LLMrefs ($79 a month, unlimited projects, weekly data) and SE Visible ($99 a month, 3 projects, daily) are the cheapest starts. All prices were read from vendor pages on 13 October 2026.

Which AI visibility tools offer white-label reports?

On 13 October 2026: Peekaboo lists white-label reports from $100 a month. Rankscale lists white-labeled dashboard links that remove its branding, with white-label options on its $385 a month Growth plan. Semrush sells white-labeled reports through a $20 a month Pro Report add-on. OtterlyAI gives approved Agency Partners custom Looker Studio reports with the agency's branding. Peec AI's agency pricing page says agencies can deliver white-label reporting. Profound, Scrunch, SE Visible, AthenaHQ and LLMrefs did not list white-label on the pages we read. CueScout does not offer white-label: reports are branded CueScout.

How do agencies split AI visibility prompts across clients?

Three models are common. A shared pool you divide yourself: CueScout (100 prompts across up to 10 brands, at least 10 each), Peec AI (credits shared across projects, minimum 900 credits per project) and Rankscale (credits across brand dashboards). A fixed allowance per workspace: Profound sells each client workspace at $399 a month with 100 prompts. And per-domain or per-project plans, such as Semrush's toolkit at $99 a month per domain and SE Visible's 3, 5 or 10 projects.

Can clients log in to see their own AI visibility data?

Some tools give clients seats, some give a link. Peec AI's agency plans list client user seats. Rankscale and Peekaboo offer share links, Peec AI a view-only client dashboard link, and OtterlyAI and Scrunch connect to Looker Studio. CueScout does not give clients logins: each client gets a report share link that opens without an account, is a frozen copy of the report, expires after 30 days and can be revoked sooner.

How much does Profound cost for an agency?

Profound's pricing page on 13 October 2026 listed Agency Growth at $99 a month plus add-ons. Each full client workspace is $399 a month and tracks 100 prompts daily on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. The plan includes 10 pitch workspaces a month and 5 agency seats. By that arithmetic, three client workspaces come to $1,296 a month. Agency Enterprise is priced on request.

Is CueScout a good fit for agencies?

For a small agency with a handful of clients that is happy sending a CueScout-branded report, it can be. Growth is $189 a month for up to 10 brands sharing 100 prompts, with 5 seats, each brand kept separate and checked daily on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. It is the wrong purchase if you need white-label, client logins, more than 10 clients, Microsoft Copilot, or a partner program. CueScout has none of those.

See whether AI answers name you

CueScout checks your buying questions on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI answers every day, shows which pages they cite, and turns the gaps into To-dos.
